Almost two years of exposure to Britain has made me appreciate much of what's listed on Cunts Corner and Rules of Modern Life. Make sure you go right through from A-Z on CC, there's some classic entries. The Holy Moly mailout is quite entertaining too. While you're at it, sign up for POPBITCH as well.

SCMP: A Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) submarine sails past a Star ferry in Victoria Harbour on Wednesday. Eight Chinese warships left Hong Kong on Wednesday as the naval fleet concluded a five-day visit - Beijing's biggest show of force since the handover in 1997.

Hmm.. apparently somewhere on my web site it says I am an international mobile phone distributor with a warehouse full of Sony Ericsson P900's. Ahh.. to be fair though, English is clearly not his first language so I'll forgive this one. I really must get around to putting that credit card form up :)

Handspring Treo 600 - Internatinal Order:

Dear Sir,

Im interest to buy your product . Here's description of the product that im interest to buy from you:

Sony Ericsson P900 Quantity: 15 pcs

My partner and I have small Mobile Phone store, there is in Indonesia. And i would like to know are you able to send the product to Indonesia? I have Visa and mastercard for pay you, I will give u detail of my credit card and maybe my partner credit card. I will give u both of it.

But please dont use Royal Mail or Business Post cause i have bad experience with it. Last mounth my partner send the package to Indonesia he use royal Mail/Business Mail and the package arrive in Indonesia around 2 mounth.

I hope you can send the package via EMS or FedEx. It more fast and secure i think. I need the total cost. Please reply me ASAP.
Thanks.

Very best regards

Boss hit by Christmas turkey tax

Ah yes, UK bureaucracy at it's finest:

A boss who gives each of his staff a turkey every Christmas had the shock of his life when the Inland Revenue hit him with a GBP6,000 tax bill.

And you know you're in the UK when the top news story is that the Queen's Corgi was killed by Princess Anne's Bull Terrier at a family gathering.

Maybe I should go commercial photographer

I've had more requests for use of my photos lately including one from Marie Claire magazine in the UK and another from Max Online in Germany. Unfortunately I was a little slow getting back to Marie Claire, and they went with an alternative as they had to go to press. Ah well.. next time. The London Expo organisers also used some of my photos from the sci-fi conference two weekends ago. At the very least, I might put a little buy link on each photo so commercial users don't have to email me.. heh, who knows! It's interesting anyway, a personal web site generating revenue.
